Find aid and services by location, even when you are offline.
Aid & Services Atlas (ASA) is an offline-first, location-aware directory that helps people discover public and charitable services by need and county-equivalent area. It is designed to be trustworthy, neutral, and privacy-first.
Offline-first
After the initial download, ASA remains usable without internet, which is critical during outages.
Privacy-first
No accounts, no ads, and no precise GPS storage. Location is handled at county-equivalent resolution.
Neutral and transparent
ASA does not endorse or guarantee providers. It is a directory, not a marketplace or ranking system.
How it works
ASA determines a general admin area (county-equivalent) and downloads the data needed for that area. Providers are combined from federal, state, and local layers at runtime.
1) Detect or select location
Uses coarse location and county-equivalent admin areas. If it cannot resolve, ASA falls back to the last known area.
2) Choose what you need
Select needs like food, housing, medical, transportation, and more.
3) Browse offline
Once downloaded, results remain accessible offline, with updates syncing silently when online.
